Chronic  bronchitis is cause of  cough , expectoration and breathing difficulties. Bronchitis is the disease for worsening cold , air pollution or excessive smoking.

StepShan Zhong point
On the sternal midline, level with the fourth intercostal space, between the nipples.
Massage the point for 1-3 minutes.
