Massage Therapy for Sore Throat

When we have cold and inflammation of the tonsils, we also have sore throat. We must have antibiotic when we have inflammation of the tonsils. This is actually quite common for sore throat due to dry air and emotional strain.

StepRen Ying point
Level with the tip of the Adam's Apple on the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoideus muscle (where the pulse of the common cartoid artery is felt). A light massage it for 1-3 minutes .
