Massage Therapy for Snuffle

There are two kinds of snuffle. One is the treat upper respirator congestion because of many ecretion. The dry air and lack of water cause the snuffle. The other is the narrow nose. The massage point is active to the fist kind of snuffle.

StepYing Xiang point
In the nasolabial groove, 0.5 finger's breadth lateral to the nostril.
Massage it for 1-3 minutes slowly.

On the lateral ankle, in the depression midway between the external malleolus and the tendon calcaneus. Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.
