the air was thick with pollen in early spring.
There are running nose, stuffed-up or eye itch.

Feng Chi Point
The crater on the hairline of the back neck, near by
the big muscle.
Wrap up head with the hand and massage it by
thumb for 1-3 minutes slowly.

In the epigastric region, on the anterior midline, 2
finger's breadth inferior to the xiphoid process and
6 finger's breadth superior to the umbilicus. Massage the point by two hands for 1-3
minutes.
