Pollen Rhinitis

Pollen rhinitis is a seasonal rhinitis.It also happend when the air was thick with pollen in early spring.
There are running nose,stuffed-up or eye itch.

StepFeng Chi point
The crater on the hairline of the back neck,near by the big muscle.
Wrap up head with the hand and massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes slowly.
