Rhinitis is inflammation of the inner lining of the nose. Allergic rhinitis is characterized by an itchy/runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion. Other allergic symptoms include itchy ears and throat, Eustachian tubeMassage therapy-Chronic Rhinitis and Nasal Sinus problems, red/watery eyes, cough, fatigue/loss of concentration/lack of energy from loss of sleep, and headaches or facial tenderness.

On the head, 4 finger's breadth posterior to anterior hairline, 1.5 finger's breadth lateral to the midline.
A gesture of hand head and Repeated massage it for 1-3 minutes.
