Massage therapy-Leg CrampsAn attack of leg cramp cause sharp pain and muscle spasm.It often happend to sit and sleep in a long time or swimming. A lot of reason because of muscle weakness or deficiency cold.

In the sacral region, 1.5 finger's breadth lateral to the posterior midline, at the level of the second posterior sacral foramen. Wrap up buttocks with the hands and Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.
