StepJing Ming Point
The crater between the canthus and the bridge of a nose. Massage it 1-3 minutes.
StepTian Zhu Point
Back of the neck,the crater for the intersection Point of the two big sinews and hairline. Wrap up head with the hands from the back and massage the point by thumb.

StepShan Zhong point
On the sternal midline, level with the fourth intercostal space, between the nipples.
StepShen Feng point
In the pectoral region, in the fourth intercostal space, 2 finger's breadth lateral to the anterior midline. Press the chest , close up thumb and forefinger and middle finger,massage the point.

StepYi Feng point
The crater for back of the earlobe. At the ear, in the depression between the mastoid process and the mandible, behind the earlobe. Massage it by forefinger for 1-3 minutes.

StepJu Que point
In the epigastric region, on the anterior midline, 2 finger's breadth inferior to the xiphoid process and 6 finger's breadth superior to the umbilicus.  Massage the point by two hands for 1-3 minutes.
StepTian Shu point
On the abdomen, 2 finger's breadth lateral to the umbilicus.  Massage it by middle finger for 1-3 minutes.
